Definitions
- Platform: the Delivery website and the company and courier apps.
- Company: the registered business requesting deliveries from its branches.
- Courier: the delivery provider registered in the courier app after their documents are reviewed.
- Recipient: the person receiving the shipment; recipients are not registered users of the platform.
Accounts and sign-in
- The apps sign you in with your phone number and a one-time code (OTP) sent to it; keep the code private.
- Details you enter must be accurate and up to date; the platform may suspend accounts that break these terms.
- Courier accounts are activated only after their documents are reviewed.
Orders and prices
- The delivery price is shown to the company before the order is confirmed and is based on distance, vehicle type and each zone's pricing rules.
- The platform takes a commission from each trip; the rest goes to the courier.
- Payment is currently cash; other methods may be added later together with an update of these terms.
Cancellation
A company can cancel an order before the courier picks up the shipment. See the cancellation & refund policy once published.
Prohibited items
Sending anything illegal or listed as a prohibited item on the platform is not allowed, and couriers may refuse any suspicious shipment.
Liability
The platform is a technology intermediary between companies and couriers; liability for shipments follows the applicable laws and any later agreement.
